For graduation in 2013, I received a camera, a Canon T3 Rebel, and instantly fell in love. Before I took any photography classes, before I really understood how to use that chunk of plastic, electronics, and glass in my hands, I took it backpacking. The trip stretched from just south of Mt. Adams to White Pass, WA. Following are the results, no photoshop, no filters, just straight Pacific Northwest beauty through my beginner lens.
