"Leviathan"

These lyrics are from a sort of, "coming of age" song I'm about to release, and I wanted to be sure that the graphic represented themes of "growth, mystery, and bravery." 

I was inspired by old fashioned movie posters, and wanted to emulate a kind of vintage noir aesthetic. 

"Modern Graphic Style"

For this project, I chose to do a mock cover for a lifestyle magazine which targets a younger, more diverse demographic. I wanted to use a clean and sterile color scheme: something you might see on a coffee table in a metropolitan cafe. 

It was important for me to highlight "Black Womxn" on the cover because they've been incredibly influential in my journey as an artist.

"Facebook Ad"

This is a direct continuation of my last project, this time incorporated into a faux facebook advertisement. I chose to lean heavily into the idea of a magazine "made for" a coffee table, and created the quote around that concept.
