The Extreme Leaders experience brings true transformation through support and leadership programmes driven by world class leaders. Our task was to create a new identity, website and brand communications. We aimed to create something that was
future-proof and that would resonate and empower there current clients whilst appealing
to a new target audience.

Endurance, strength, camaraderie and discipline run through everything The Extreme Leaders do. We took inspiration from military Insignia and modern heraldry with the concept 'earning your stripes' (deserving a position, status or reputation through work or achievements). We created a marque on the basis of this with the E & L making up the stripes within the shield. A full suite of materials were produced from identity concept, website, marketing decks and promotional materials.
