Russell Brown (Adobe senior creative director) once provided a self portrait for designers to give him a Halloween costume. I was allowed to impose and manipulate his likeness on the image of my choice for my Pitt State Raster class. I chose the DC hero Shazam for his costume. I resized the image for the assignment requirements, and made Russell's head fit on the character's head best I could. I erased Russell's shirt and hair to fit around the costume. His eye was copied, flipped and moved to the right for it to be open. I changed the eye color by copying the original eye and changed the color balance. Color balance was also used for the skin color. Also, I used a solid color above the head and changed the opacity to 21% to help with the skin color. I used all the tools in Adobe Photoshop listed below for this project.
