Bishop Rick Hawkins founded the School of Excellence in Education and was recognized as a Spiritual leader in the San Antonio area for his Excellence in Ministry and his ministerial work in Texas. Following his contributions in San Antonio, Rick Hawkins founded Quest Church in Oklahoma in 2019, where he currently serves as senior pastor.
A Interdenominational Church, Quest helps parishioners to discover and pursue the call and teachings of Christ. In addition to youth programs and services on Sunday and Wednesday mornings, the church offers an array of ministries through the Quest Cares program.
Quest Cares fulfills the church’s role as the body of Christ and seeks to exhibit God’s love through charitable efforts. The program operates through partnerships with an array of community-based organizations that currently include Homeless Street Ministry Hugs, Mexico Missions, Paid School Lunch, and food pantries. Another example, Eden Clinic, provides compassionate reproductive health care and pregnancy wellness services.
