Olive Ridley Turtles Poster
BRIEF: To make a poster on Olive Ridley Turtles for display at the Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary, Andhra Pradesh for Andhra Pradesh Forest Department. Coringa is one of the major nesting sites of these unique reptiles and conservation efforts are underway there to improve the survival rate of the hatchlings. The aim of the poster was to spread awareness about the turtles and thus aid their conservation.
EXECUTION: I illustrated each aspect of the lifecycle separately. I had visited the nesting site in Maharashtra in 2017 and hence was well versed with the same. Did some further research before executing.
Illustrated Nesting Sites of India and the world
Compiled all together in a poster of size 4x 6 feet, the print of the poster is on display at the Sanctuary.
