Mr. Stitcher album & press kit design
I worked with my bandmates to create the album design. Our drummer came up with the front cover concept, our singer/guitarist came up with the back cover and I designed the the rest. We already had a great photo for the inside of the cover from a previous photo shoot. This is a dirty rock band so we weren't going for a masterpiece for the album cover but we were happy with the end result.
The press release and sticker I made to promote the album mainly to radio stations around Melbourne. I used a photo from the photo shoot and faded it out as a background to make it friendly for my home printer. I wanted to be able to print these out cheap and on-demand. The whole kit is accompanied by a hand written message suggesting tracks that the receiver may like or would be suitable for radio play.
