3/6/2020 - This is a project I'm currently working on so the visuals here are in draft form.
This Branding project is for a Transit/Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) comprised of stakeholders in the Greater Bridgeport region of Connecticut that is focused on identifying gaps* in transit options and finding solutions for a variety of demographic groups, including: commuters, seniors, people with disabilities, reentry, refugees, business/economic development, and others.
*Gaps being identified are: first/last mile, service window/hours of service, service frequency, and days of service
This project includes: naming*, logo design, font selection, color palette
*I renamed the TAC then advocated for the change in the name. This was not part of the original project, but I felt the name of the group was far too cumbersome -- it was so long and full of jargon that I still can't recall the original name of the TAC right now as I'm writing this. I could go look it up, but why? It was nine or ten words long.
NOTE: During the design phase, my son, Peter Mongillo, worked with me on concept direction. His input was extremely helpful in finalizing this design.
