The three-tier stylobate accommodates casino (3,000 m²), two restaurants (2,710 m²), a cafe (835 m²), a sports club and SPA area (a total area of 3 152 m²), a conference room (498 m²), lounge, hotel with technical facilities and underground parking (for 300 cars). In the center of the stylobate in the open atrium there is a large swimming pool around which is a green area with a bamboo grove.
The two towers have hotel (182 rooms) and private apartments (1 146) with incredible panoramic sea views.
