Studio OKER
Client : Studio Oker — Date : 2020
Studio Oker (Stavanger, Norway) reached out to me after seeing my stripper series, thinking I would be the right person to create images for their studio branding.
On a video conference, they told me the story behind their name, « Oker » (Ocre) which stands for the color of the first human « rock-carving » drawings, as their region is famous for that. I find it quite fascinating that my work follow a path that started thousands of years ago. What’s even more fascinating is that I relate a lot to those drawings. I found them incredible.
I had to illustrate 3 concepts
culture and technology / understanding people / essence
