Colors of Yellowstone

Of all the places I have visited, Yellowstone National Park is one of my favorites. I was mind blown by it's seemly calm beauty knowing that what lurks beneath is boiling and acidic springs and unpredictability that could kill any living creature in a matter of moments.

Every pit stop was remarkably different from the one before.  Some were full blues, or greens, or browns.  Some smelt like a bathroom while others were so so beautiful I just wanted to touch them. There were flowers growing next to a pool of acid, and how did the wildlife of know to avoid these acid pools?
