This video is my personal work which I based its concept art on Jie Ma’s artwork.

As a motion graphic designer, I was always inspired by works by other artists. So for this project, I decided to work with Jie Ma’s work. When I first met his work in my college years, I was astonished. Melancholia and mysteriousness existing simultaneously, I was directly attracted to Jie Ma’s works. It is a very worthwhile experience being able to express one’s favorite work as a video. I felt a big accomplishment reconstructing his work which makes this project is a very meaningful one for me.
