This is my first photoshoot in my first photography class. The goal was to take a photo for 11 different categories without looking at the pictures till I was Complete. All of the pictures in this project are natural photos with no filters or editing.
CATEGORY 1: UP CLOSE
For this category I took a picture of my turtle while he was sleeping. The shutter speed was 1/200 s, the aperture was f/5.6, and the ISO was 2500.
CATEGORY 2: MOTION
This is a picture of my mother and sister playing corn hole at a local restaurant. The shutter speed was 1/200 s, the aperture was f/4.5, and the ISO was 100.
CATEGORY 3: SHADOWS
For this category I had my sister sit down in the shadow of a tree on a very sunny day. This was a fun picture to take, I had to trust my gut on the aperture settings. The shutter speed for this picture was1/250 s, the aperture was f/9, and the ISO was 640.
CATEGORY 4: WATER
I loved how this picture turned out. I took this picture after a small rainstorm and even caught a little fly on the far left leaf. The shutter speed for this photo was 1/200 s, the aperture was f/5.6, and the ISO was 125.
CATEGORY 5: LEADING LINES
This is a path to a little blue house next to my home and I thought it would make a great picture. The shutter speed for this photo was 1/200 s, the aperture was f/9, and the ISO was 250.
CATEGORY 6: PERSPECTIVE
For this photo I took the perspective of a little bug on a sidewalk. This was a difficult picture to take, the man in the picture is actually standing on a ledge with me laying down on the ground under his foot. The shutter speed of this photo is 1/200 s, the aperture is f/4.5, and the ISO was 100.
CATEGORY 7: TEXTURE
This is a picture of my mom's plant, I thought the texture of this plant was pretty neat. The shutter speed of this photo was taken at was 1/200 s, the aperture was f/4.5, and the ISO was 125.
CATEGORY 8: COLOR HARMONY
This is a plant right next to my house that has a beautiful color composition. This photo was taken at a shutter speed of 1/200 s, the aperture was f/5.6, the ISO was 400.
CATEGORY 9: HAPPINESS
For this picture I was Supposed to capture emotion without humans or animals so I just took a picture of something that made me happy. The shutter speed of this photo was 1/200 s, the aperture was f/4.5, the ISO was 125.
CATEGORY 10: ANGRINESS
This was another photo I could not have a person or animal in, I needed to display angriness. This is a picture of a truck at a pharmacy that is taking up two different spots. The shutter speed for this photo was 1/200 s, the aperture was f/4.5, and the ISO was 100.
CATEGORY 11: SADNESS
This photo was taken when my sister dropped her orange sherbet on the sidewalk, this is a great example of sadness. This photos shutter speed was 1/200 s and the aperture was f/13, and the ISO was 250.
