Assignment: Utilize Facebook to build awareness of St. Joseph Medical Center's programs and services while positioning the medical center as a leading resource for health and wellness. 

 

Solution: Created a Facebook page for St.Joseph Medical Center and managed the launch campaign to build followers. By publishing daily posts, implementing engagement campaigns and responding to customer feedback through the site, the number of page followers grew to more than 1,000 in a little over one year.
