Extensive renovation project and interior adaptation for multifunctional use as residential and office space.
Repair of typical cracks caused by settling of the land under the foundation of the house. Leaning to the main vertical rain pipe is not associated with sewage, but it left rain-water to drain near the house. Basement reconstruction and adaptation included new ceiling height, water proof membrane, concrete foundations reinforcement and concrete floor restoration and renovation. Complete facade restoration and loft space adaptation with new terrace. Electrical and heating system completely improved and modernized. Extensive landscaping and parking on the site. New position of main entrance. New interior and exterior staircase design. All bathrooms renovated and redesigned with modern water supply and sewerage system.
