One of my favorite projects! It imitates the living patterns of Filipinos through common gardens, streets, and alleys where residents can mingle with their neighbors. It is not just about providing an economic housing for informal settlers but proving a home.

Basically, the concept behind the housing form came from a fan or "pamaypay" because the location, Caloocan City, is known for making fans and its "Pamaypay Festival". The design is an imitation of the place, people and traditions.
