A space for visitors to take pleasure in the scenery and it’s surroundings. It is split into two parts, a long entrance with an enclosed viewing area and another part which is just above the water surface, acting as the terminal point. This space is open, so visitors can get an unrestricted view of the surrounding scenery as one explores this space that is just above the water surface.
Located on the higher grounds of Singapore, it is an escape ground where visitors can come to escape from all the urbanization and have an overview of what we have came to be, as well as its scenery beyond our beautiful city
