Ten Plagues project. Plague number 1, the river turns to blood. 

The red spot in the corner is a drop of wine. We remove a drop of wine from our cup, one for each plague. That's to remind us of the suffering of the Egyptians, so that our joy is not complete. Artistic license was used, it's actually a Copic marker wetted with rubbing alcohol. Real wine is pretty pale, at the droplet level.

Plague number 2, frogs.

Plague number 3, lice.

Plague number 4, wild beasts.

Plague number 5, cattle disease.

Plague number 6, boils.

Plague number 7, hail.

Plague number 8, locusts.

Plague number 9, darkness.

The final plague, slaying of the first born. 

I struggled with the choice of the image here. Eventually I decided to use the drops of wine, in a pyramid shape.
