lost and found
This garment was made for FIT's Fashion Design AAS Spring 2018 theme Cabinets of Curiosities. I was inspired by the collections that includes sea life, gems and found objects. The base garment is a jumpsuit with chain detail at the neckline and shoulders. The outer garment was made using five different sizes and shapes of chain. The chain was held together using jump rings and interlocking the chains. Through out the chain garment there is an array of charms that are interlaced into the chain or attached with jump rings as well. Those charms include glass beads, metal sea shells, gems and specialty shaped beads.
