The gender neutral term latinx is more popular with my friends and I wanted to celebrate the term with this design.  My original thought was to make it something similar to the 90s xmen comics. with the boldness of the font and for the x I wanted to exaggerate it more so I made it reminiscent of the energy effect from comicbook characters
