Email Marketing Program Activation
To promote the newly launched Fairmont Beijing, a digital strategy was put in place for email marketing. Three vendors were tested and compared. Constant Contact was selected at the end to service the hotel for one year.

Key team members were trained on how to collect, opt-in database and ensure it is managed effectively. Auto responders and education email were set to help subscriber to learn more about the hotels. Regular email scheduling content brainstorming was held regularly to discuss the email performance and what can be done better.
