At ELCAF 2018, me and two other fellow Illustration students, Ella Willson-Smith and Lucia Vinti, hosted our Dada Poetry Zines workshop. Participants create a poem from random words and phrases - which can be as nonsensical as they like - and this, alongside found imagery, provides the inspiration for their own stapled A5 zine.

We all experience moments where overthinking often stops us from being as creative as we could be. Our workshop encourages participants to make without overthinking, by letting the random words dictate the visual narrative of the zine. 

We will be running this workshop at BIF 2018 and hope to run more at other events this year!
