Explaining geothermal energy
Under the northern parts of the city of Groningen sits a heat source that could provide 10,000 households with heat. WarmteStad, a new municipal utility company in Groningen along with the Waterbedrijf Groningen (Water Company Groningen), will exploit this source. In order to inform potential customers and households, studio de Ronners created an animation on the use of geothermal energy.
