We created a Facebook Messenger bot for Optus Perks, exclusive to Optus members with $2.5 million worth of prizes up for grabs.
The user was required to complete a not-so-challenging challenge.
Results
Total number of unique engagers for Week 1 = 53.4K
38% of these were either lapsed engagers or had never engaged in Perks, meaning Week 1 Play for Perks drove 20.3K ‘new engagers’ to the Perks program
Total number of unique users to date are 157,000.
Their target was 123,000.
