White pebbles: will be reused at the infrastructure of the future buildings   

Olive trees: moved to the area from a land in which a big hotel is going to be constructed so they wanted them to be removed.   

Green area: a ground cover plant is installed, which is native and takes over very fast with low needs in maintenance (arctotheca calendula)
