Contents Magazine is designed for people who buy magazines to read them. The title is derived from the cover design which is instead a contents page. Articles do not focus on any particular genre but are picked solely for their intelligence and their interest. Contents is printed in black on cheap paper stock but is perfect bound for durability. The design is an amalgam of the many publications that I admire with a real focus on layout structures that show balance and restraint. For most spreads images play a secondary role to the writing, while in others a large singular picture frames the associated article.
