SitCom Channel Branding - Student Work

Sit.Com
Channel Branding - Student Work.
The Brief
The brief given was to brand a television channel within one of three categories, entertainment, nature or youth lifestyle. We are to create a channel for the chosen category and then brand it accordingly with a logo build, an "up next" schedule, two ad break identities and two subchannels. With the deliverables is a brand manual and a Digital website proposal required.
The Concept
Sit.com is all about Comedy all the time. The Channel focuses on using a simple visual interface with the use of colour and animations to guide the viewers through the programming schedule while making it visually appealing and fun to watch.

Sit.com’s visual system is based on the idea of constant change. It links up with the shows that air on Sit. com and the viewers who would watch Sit.com.

The shows are ever changing because each episode of the series and sitcoms on Sit.com doesn’t intensely follow each other and can be viewed with missing a few episodes or watching them in different orders. The viewer is ever changing because his/her needs and schedules change constantly and just want a moment to sit and enjoy some TV and not spend the time searching for something to watch.
Ani.com
This channel is dedicated to Anime. It will only run seasons which has finished airing. This channel is targeted at the younger audience of Sit.com. It also gives viewers the chance to watch older anime series which isn’t broadcasting on TV anymore.

Sho.com
This channel is dedicated to more following base series like Game of Thrones or Lost. This channel targeted the same audience as Sit.com. Sho.com however, is for viewers who have the time to sit and follow series’.
