REBRANDING PROJECT
Garnett Wilson Realty Advisors ltd is a specialized real estate appraisal and advisory firm based in Vancouver. GWRA provides comprehensive real estate appraisal and consulting services for all property-related matters throughout Western Canada –First Nations and environmentally sensitive lands.
GOAL
They needed a new logo that was modern, clean, precise, sharp, reliable, forward thinking, and trustworthy. So the idea behind the logo is the partnership of the company represented with the 2 building blocks.
APPROACH
Garnett Wilson Realty is a well established business in the world of realty so approaching the re-branding of the logo I had to keep the loyalty of their clients in mind. I played around with a few different box shapes and arrangements – one that doesn't stray too far away from the original, another that is stripped down and more simplistic, and the last which was the one that was loved and picked a completely new perspective on the shape of two boxes representing the two principal owners of the business Brett Garnett and Andrew Wilson.
RESULT
A newly refreshed idea of the company with a modern, clean, and forward-thinking logo that speaks both to new and existing clients by subtle connection to the old logo.
