En la navidad de diciembre de 2014 me autoregalé una Wacom Intuos. Siempre me gustó dibujar y me estaba reecontrando con eso gracias a mis trabajos como animador 2D.
Una vez con la tableta en mi mano me propuse hacer un proyecto que me damande muchas horas y de esta forma aprender a usarla. A su vez me iba a servir para incorporar otro trabajo y otro skill a mi portfolio.
Tanto el fútbol como el cine es en lo primero que pienso a lo hora de hacer algo. En redes había visto una rotoscopia del artista Richard Swarbrick sobre un gol del equipo el cuál él es hincha (Tottenham) al Inter en la Champions League 2010.
At Christmas in December 2014 I gave myself a Wacom Intuos tablet. I always liked drawing and I was rediscovering it thanks to my work as a 2D animator.

Lo primero que pensé fue en Boca (obviamente) y empecé a ver qué gol podía ilustrar. Rápidamente hice memoria y me di cuenta que el 24 de mayo de ese año se cumplirían 15 años del gol de Palermo a River en las semifinales de la Libertadores del 2000.
Ya tenía la Wacom, la referencia, el gol y el tiempo límite para poder hacerlo y arranqué.
Son 12 cuadros por segundo, un total de aproximadamente 350 dibujos a 5 colores.
The first thing I thought of was Boca (obviously) and I started to see what goal I could illustrate. I quickly remembered and realized that May 24 of that year would be the 15th anniversary of Palermo's goal against River in the semifinals of the 2000 Copa Libertadores.
I already had the Wacom, the reference, the goal and the time limit to be able to do it and I started.
