SkinSpeaks: Advancements in Dermatology and Spa M.D. was having an identity crisis. The client had two names (Advancements in Dermatology and SkinSpeaks Spa M.D.) and two logos. They also had no visual consistency or distinctive voice in any of their marketing materials. 

We first created a new logo that united the medical and the cosmetic divisions of the company. We also re-branded SkinSpeaks with an advertising campaign that engaged patients with the brand emotionally—making them brand advocates. The campaign featured patient stories that were real and motivating. The new campaign reinvented SkinSpeaks and infused it with personality and credibility. In addition, the new logo and tagline “Skin speaks. We listen.” underscored Dr. Carney’s unique approach to patient care.
