Paramount Properties has a new project to develop a new city called Utropolis in Batu Kawan, Penang. They have started promoting the investment in showrooms and social media to attract buyers and the attention of the nation. During the reveal launch in 2017, Paramount Properties needed 5,000 pieces of door gifts to be handed out to guests. The CEO approached my company, Linray Commercial to give suggestions of items.

I constructed a box file because of property agents needing to compile a tone of documentation. They immediately bought the idea and demanded a customized box file that is exclusive. I took a regular box file apart and reconstructed the sizing and practicality. The customization here was mainly the material (cardboard paper), size (slightly bigger than A4), logo placements and an extra flap to keep the papers together.
