I was responsible for managing and coordinating all bi-annual Press shows. From selecting the pieces to display, to working with the Visual Display Manager to organise and implement the zoning within the space, overseeing logistics for all pieces to be displayed, interface with journalists and following up post event, inviting designers/brands/craftsmen to participate during the show, booking catering, overseeing budget, creating, writing and printing all press materials (postcards, invitations, press releases), procuring press gifts through the buying team and new sponsorship relationships.
