I chose to do a crawfish boil that was supporting the local Boys and Girls Club here in Lubbock.  I thought it would get everyone involved because it is family oriented and there is alot of activities for younger children as well.  The concept behind this was to put everything into the envelope and have the crawfish interactive with its claw moving up and down. I thought about doing it on the back but thought it looked better on the front side.
