Question 1: How does action lines set the tone?

There are action lines where LaPadite feels like he is more in control than Col. Landa. For example the lines where LaPadite is telling information about the Dreyfus family.
We see that Perrier is trying to be cunning and sly against Landa who is investigating him. Trying to be smart, it still does not stop Landa's interrogations. These next action lines tells us that there is a one-sidedness in the conversation between them and Landa is overpowering Perrier
It is clear which man will win the conversation at the end when Landa keeps on setting up these long lines that are very uneasy to the viewers and especially Perrier. 
Question 2: How does the beginning of the screenplay frame what the scene is about?

The beginning frame tells us that the story is taking place in a rural area in France. There is a farmer and his daughter who are doing chores and then suddenly the Nazi SS show up in the frame and are headed towards them in order to fin something. 

The following frame tells us that the farmer family is hiding a Jewish family from the Nazi SS and later becomes an element of suspense for us viewers.

Question 3: How does the last line(s) of dialogue or action communicate what the scene is about?

These last lines of actions that Landa is a person of cruelty and must not leave a Jew alive and escape. But then again, he lets her go since he knows that there is nothing a young girl can do out there.
