Fractured Dystopia
Inspired by the dualities of the human spirit-good and bad in the context of a dystopic urban society. The heroine acknowledges both parts make her whole-and sets off to strengthen and empower those around her becoming the protagonist of VENIA's first World Changer.
The collection features sharp cuts, asymmetrical and symmetric style lines, and deep-moody colors. Vegetable tanned boiled leathers meet moonlit digitally printed silks for a masculine-yet-feminine appeal. Ombre Mohair is center stage in the structured coats and skirts while Cotton and Mohair yarns are used for fully-fashioned knit pieces.
The mood is tough, elegant, strong and empowering-we partnered with Betsy Flores Jewelry to solidify the look.
