Purpose: The purpose of this project was to learn about the 60s psychedelic art movement and practice using typography as art.

Process (Programs, Tools, Skills, etc.): I used Illustrator for this project.  I used the image trace feature of Illustrator to create outlines of the people in my posters.  I also learned how to use the Envelope Mesh feature of Illustrator to manipulate the type and to give it the 60s psychedelic look.  These are the main tools and skills that I learned and used for this project.

Color Theory: I used an Analogous Color scheme of green and yellow colors on the Drake Poster, while I used a Compound Color Scheme of purple/pink and yellow on the Coachella poster.
