Qubit personas
Using the existing Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personalities, I worked with strategy consultants to derive Qubit-specific persona cards. We used these cards in the hiring process. The illustrations showcase the seven personas in their respective workspaces: Adventurer, Commander, Creator, Entrepreneur, Mediator, Organizer and Thinker.
