Seamless Experiential Design: Automated digital bank branch with app integration
The project was to create an automated bank branch which can replace manually operated branches, the bank branch concepts to be integrated with app to reduce time for cumbersome in person transactions, the user can begin the transaction from home itself, come to the branch and finish the transaction in a few minutes itself, and also is 'Awe Inspired' in the process.
