This concept plays on that identity, using a fun approach that always stays grounded in reality. The headlines and copy, while lighthearted, are nonetheless true and meaningful. The visual style is equally engaging. Featuring proud customer service professionals, the images convey confidence and friendliness—traits anyone would want from their superhero. I developed the concept and art direction, then produced final art for the campaign which ran for a year around the globe for PayPal.
