Showcasing the work of Rosy Jones - Performance (Costume & Make-up) BA(Hons) Top-up Degree student from the University of Worcester.
Final degree catwalk show taking place on 10th May 2012 at Worcester College of Technology School of Art & Design @ 7pm
Artists Statement:
Rosy studied at Huddersfield Technical College doing a foundation degree in Art and Design. She then moved to Coventry University to complete a Fashion and Costume foundation degree before moving to the University of Worcester for her 3rd year to complete her degree in Costume and Theatrical Make-up.Rosy specializes in costume and costume design - for the past year she has designed for Macbeth (looking at the characters of the witches), The Moulin Rouge, The Real Showgirls and Alice Through the Looking Glass - a modern interpretation of the original story. Rosy has undertaken work experience for the Little Theatre, Leicester and was a costume maker for the Oxford Shakespeare Company, working on the productions of The Tempest and Private Lives. Rosy hopes to work within the theatre continuing doing what she loves.
