One of my oldest and dearest friends asked if I would design her wedding invitations. It was an honor and a privilege to create something unique for her special day.
I used watercolors to paint the succulent in this design, then scanned it and used PhotoShop to adjust the image. I mounted and framed the original painting and gave it to the couple as a wedding present.
Below are the other watercolor paintings that I created for this project that did not make it onto the invite.
I ended up hand-lettering a message onto this painting, mounted it onto the front of a blank card and gave it to the couple as the "congratulations on your wedding" card.
