A Murwab Hotel Group manages several luxury hotels across Middle East & Europe. One of the ways in which they aspire great customer service is through Murwab service codes. 

For each day of the month there's a "Living the Murwab Way!" service code quote. By memorizing quotes team members are inspired to provide an excellent service to each guest. I used Illustrator to make quotes visually more appealing. The posters are displayed on the cafeteria board where employees can easily spot them.
