South Shore Neurologic Team Apparel

The staff at South Shore Neurologic asked me to design something fresh for last years event. I studied some logo ideas that the MS community has had in the past and found one with a cool brush stroke going through it. I wanted a texture background and to accentuate the year, and the brush stroke immediately reminded me of the fat tip sharpies I used to write graffiti with. After drawing the MS Logo and defining the brush stroke more, I chose a thick sharpie font I found to save time and tweaked everything a little more with Adobe Illustrator. I then built silk screens for each color and hand pressed them. Instead of delivering these in the mail, I showed up to the event with my own and attended. This project has built me other relationships and I am not only designing for the 2016 event but I am now sponsoring another team as well.
