Press Photo Shoots
The odds of getting published move in your favor if you have a good photo. Each press release or feature story benefits from some extra attention to detail in a press photo shoot. When setting up a shoot, my job is to provide creative direction to the actors and photographer. In some cases the show's director has a concept in mind, but in many cases I will come up with the concept. Either way, in order to get an engaging dynamic photo, I need to communicate, coax, beg and perform all manners of tricks to get the actors to emote accordingly. I then work with the photographer to select the the image that has the most visual impact.
