Subconscious Memories
Dreams are a part of our subconscious memory, something not under the direct control of our mind. With this project, I’ve portrayed 6 of the major dreams of my life in a playful collection, constructing a fusion of self portraiture and line art to convey my ideas and put forward my concept. Each of my dream photographed here represents a certain phase of my life with a very specific element from the following:
- At a space station
- Ability to fly
- Intimacy
- Half nude in a public space
- Recurring stress of exams
- Trapped in darkness

These dreams have either been recurring, have had a huge impact on my life or either made me think over what my life is going through. Inspired from the ideas of dream analysis and psychoanalysis by Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, I present to you, Subconscious Memories.
