Packaging Asilda Store
pins, patches and stickers
Asilda Store is an e-commerce shop that sells pins and patches for photographers and outdoor and travel enthusiasts. The idea behind the store is to create something tangible that you can carry around as a reminder of what it's all about. The products in the store are meant to become daily bits of inspiration. And the brand needed some cool packages to go with it.
The first drawing I did was of a vintage mountaineer, but after a few conversations, we decided to go for a modern, bearded man holding an old Hasselblad camera.
For the background, we considered several options but went with one of the most iconic landscapes in California - Big Sur.
Just when I finished I ran into a photographer at a wedding in England who looked almost exactly like the guy I had drawn. Funny.
