The Naughty Side of 18th Century

It's so sad that in our fast-paced age the women can't wear the gorgeous dress from 18th century.
At that time fashion was absolutely not practical. All of this panniers or side hoops, or hoop petticoat, were all the rage around Marie Antoinette era.
But I have stolen from this age the millions bows and ruffles, exquisite fabrics and femininity in the details and I have created my tender collection.
One of my favourite things about 18th century fashion are the fabrics, the colours and the prints. There’s a lot of lovely prints in this era, but one of the most common one is a simple stripe print. And I love Richelieu embroidery, type of whitework where the design is outlined in buttonhole stitch, the fabric cut away. And of cause, how could we do without silk ribbons, vintage buttons and bows?
