Assignment: take an existing magazine and redesign the cover. You have to use the same logo and vision of the magazine, typography and layout can be of your own choice. Blend magazine is known for bringing people together and that you have to adjust to your surroundings, because the times, they are changing.

 

Instead of the pride flag and their rainbow colors, I picked skin tones. Racism is currently a big issue in the world because of the events in Ferguson. By merging (blending) the skintones and the people on the cover, I'm aiming to adress this problem. I picked world leaders for the cover because they are respresentatives for change in the world because of their influence and power as individuals.
