During 2011, Liceo Ilaria Alpi (High School) asked its students community to perform a work of art to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Italian unification. As school representative, I had to imagine and design the project, opting for an impressive poster. It is a 2,5m for 4,4m blow-up and it was put up in the school main hall. The Italian flag was recreated using green, white and red garments worn by students, called to take part to this creative initiative. Neat and chaotic at the same time, the picture is not only a metaphor for patriotism but also a universal symbol of energy and vitality.
