"Do you ever put yourself in someone else's position?" This is the reflection I was hoping people to make with this video art/instalation project.
Placing a mirror in front of a plynth and the monitor on top of it, the idea was to make an ilusion as if the viewer was half himself, half who's shown in the monitor.
As an example, I chose a drag queen. Drag queens, transgender and LGBTQI people in general go through a lot in their lives, and whoever is not familiar with their routine and struggles, will hardly put themselves in their shoes. And this is not only for this group of people. Before judging someone, think about it. What if it was you?

"Você se coloca no lugar do outro?" Essa é a reflexão que eu esperava instigar nos espectadores deste projeto de video arte/intalação.
Colocando um espelho na frente de um plinto e o monitor em cima dele, a idéia era criar uma ilusão, como se o espectador fosse metade ele mesmo, metade quem está no monitor.
Como exemplo, utilizei uma drag queen. Drag queens, transgêneros e pessoas LGBTQI no geral passam por muitas coisa na vida, e quem não é familiar com o seu dia-a-dia, dificilmente conseguem se pôr no lugar do outro. E isso não acontece apenas com essa comunidade. Antes de julgar alguém, pense sobre isso. E se fosse você?
